Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in a $75 fee, acknowledging our preparation and potential impact on opportunities.  There is a no-refund policy, but you will be able to reschedule. In consideration of our no refund policy, we recognize life's uncertainties.  Any exceptions or modifications will be at our discretion.  Appointments beyond 15 minutes late are considered canceled; sessions end at the scheduled time. This applies to all paid services. Your understanding is appreciated.
